What are the repayment terms?

Refunds are based on when you cancel your reservation and to whom is due the cancellation:
- If you cancel more than 24 hours before departure, full refund less the amount of the booking fees paid upon registration of reservation.

- If you cancel within the last 24 hours, so you get 50% of the amount repaid to the driver. The retaining 50% Europe Carpooling allows your driver to compensate for this late cancellation.

- If you cancel after the departure or if you do not show up at the start, then you will not be refunded (e) and your driver will receive his money as if you had traveled with him.

- If the cancellation is due to the driver, it is against a full refund will be made.
